We provide commercial cleaning services as agreed in writing prior to commencement. Services, frequency, and agreed hours will be confirmed before the first clean.
• All prices are currently exclusive of VAT.
• Commercial cleaning is charged as a fixed monthly amount based on agreed hours and schedule.
• The monthly charge remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
• Any additional or ad-hoc work will be charged separately.
• Invoices are issued monthly in arrears.
• Payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a clean.
• Missed cleans without sufficient notice may still be chargeable.
• Where sufficient notice is given, hours may be banked at our discretion.
• Banked hours can be used at a later date, subject to staff availability.
• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
• Keys, access codes, and alarm details remain the client’s responsibility.
• We may allocate different cleaners as required to deliver the service.
• All cleaners are trained to our internal standards.
• Clients must ensure the premises are safe for our staff to work in.
